Thank you for the Sussex Newick towel rail radiator which arrived fine a week or so ago. I fitted it last weekend - it's very nicely made and I'm very pleased with it. Whilst it was a little more expensive than the chromed steel towel rails I've bought before, you can tell the difference in quality and it is very convenient being able to hang two bath towels side by side.

Order received. Thank you for your prompt service. Externally the cabinet is fine - no damage in transit. It hasn't been put up yet so can't currently vouch for the 'electrics' but I have every confidence they will be fine.
Just to let you know the Schneider bathroom cabinet is now fitted and fully operational, in terms of lighting and power point.
I am very satisfied with the cabinet and the service from the Original Bathroom Company.

I have always been a little suspicious of dealing with companies on the internet that I do not know, however I had been trying to find a convenient local stockist of a Schneider PKS 50/FL Bathroom Cabinet but to no avail unless I wanted to pay the recommended Schneider price of £681.
I had already searched the internet to see what discounts were available and the best price I found was £477 including VAT, however on reading the small print, I discovered there was a £30 delivery charge bringing the price to £507, still a keen price but then I stumbled upon 'The Original Bathroom Company' based in Preston.
Time was of the essence as a new bathroom is being installed and fitted from 1st June so I needed to ensure that the cabinet could be on site ready for the fitter. I telephoned the company (their first big plus is that they provide a normal STD code so you know you are not being charged the earth for the call) on Thursday 21st May and the young lady I spoke to was exceptionally helpful, she told me she would check with the manufacturer to make sure the item was available for immediate delivery and call me back.
A little while later a gentleman from The company phoned me and said "We have missed the Tuesday delivery option but will definitely be able to get the item to you towards the end of next week". On the basis of this assurance, heart in mouth, I placed the order, confirming as I did that the internet price still applied as I had telephoned. It did and he added, "Would you like me to give you a call when we are despatching to you".
My order was confirmed by e-mail within minutes of placing it. Task complete on Wednesday 27th May sure enough came the phone call, "Your cabinet is in Mr Lucas and it will be on its way to you overnight tonight" also on the 27th May, an e-mail from the courier advising the delivery day and time indication. It is the 28th May and an equally friendly and helpful courier driver arrived before lunchtime.
It has been a pleasure dealing with this company and I would have no reservations about highly recommending them to anyone. The Original Bathroom Company score ten out of ten on all of the following: Helpful, pleasant staff, Value for money, Excellent communications with customer throughout, Speed of service, Genuine National Telephone No. Okay 0800 would have been better but we won't hold that against them, and they use a fast efficient courier service for delivery.
All I have to do now is think of something else I can order from them to enjoy that Service Excellence all over again!!!! Many thanks to you.
